Getting here
Clermont sits west of Orlando with easy ties to US-27 and the Florida Turnpike. Many guests approach from I-4, the Turnpike, or 27 depending on where you’re traveling from. GPS to the city is fine for an initial route; your confirmation covers the last mile to our entrance.
Private tours
Tours are by appointment so we can give you the hall without competing events. We’ll walk the space, talk flow, catering, and capacity—usually about 45–60 minutes. Send a message with a few date options and we’ll coordinate.
Parking & load-in
Event-day parking and vendor load-in details depend on your layout and timeline. We include loading zones, guest parking overview, and any one-way notes in your tour follow-up and final event packet so your team knows where to go.
